DEPOT SERVICE Units repaired at our location have an hourly
labor charges plus parts.
ON-SITE
SERVICE On-Site service calls are charged on an hourly
rate and are completed in most cases, by the next business day. We will come
to your business location and service your printers with the most common
failure parts in hand.
SHIP-IN For your convenience, you may ship your unit to us
for repair. Please obtain a RMA by calling one of the phone numbers listed
at the top of this page or email
sales@precision.com. We ask that you include in the box a packing slip
or purchase order explaining the problem with the printer and your company
contact information. We will call you normally by the next business day with
an exact cost of repairs for your approval. Carefully package your printer
and please remember to remove all platen knobs and accessories that could be
damaged in shipment. Precision Data Products is not responsible for shipping
damages to us.
PAYMENT We accept
American Express, Discover, VISA, MasterCard, company check or cash (for
walk-ins only). Net terms are available for customer with an existing
account.
