IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Please allow for up to 24 hours for processing.
  • RMAs are valid for no longer than 20 calendar days from issuance.
  • Customers are responsible for return-freight charges on shipments.
  • Special orders and shipments direct from manufacturer require a valid, written manufacturer RMA number.
  • Non-defective, non-DOA returns are subject to a minimum $3.00 per-item charge for shrink-wrapping, sticker removal and other return-related tasks in addition to any restock charges if not returned in "like new" condition.
  • Pack return cartons carefully to prevent damage in transit.
  • Don't write on manufacturers' boxes; product must be in resalable condition to receive credit unless defective.

    Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at Precision Data Products discretion.
    Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
    In general, Precision Data Products accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, Precision Data Products reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.
