| All prices are net, prepaid to customer. Merchandise should be
fully inspected upon receipt for evidence of damage or shortage
before signing the delivery receipt. If damage or shortage is
evident, refuse to sign delivery receipt until driver writes the
full extent of damage of shortage on delivery receipt.
Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days.
If external appearance has not indicated damage, but damage is
discovered upon unpacking:
1) Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Contact Precision Data Products customer service department
immediately.
2) Save all packing materials.
3) Immediately call the carrier to inform them and request
immediate inspection. Failure to do so will significantly increase
the chances of the claim being denied.
4) Confirm your conversations with the carrier in writing.
Remember: Time is of the essence. Any delay can result in
the carrier refusing to honor the claim. Precision Data Products
and Schwab is not responsible for reimbursements of claims refused
due to a delay in reporting damage.
Freight-included pricing is for a dock-to-dock delivery to
Washington, D.C. plus the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska,
Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico Ship freight-included to designated
point of exit within the dock-to-dock delivery zone. Freight from
that pint to final destination is responsibility of purchaser.
Export packing is 10% of the product's list price, unless otherwise
noted. |
